Allow variable in assigned to in slack workflow

Hi, in a slack workflow you can create a Workast task, however you cannot assign it to a variable of a previous form.
My use case: use the slack workflow to assign tasks to people in a guided way:
first workflow step: ask info to requester via form. Form includes a question about selecting a user (a reviewer in my case).
second step: create a workast task and assign it to user selected in the form in step 1.
